Document-supported: stated in a reviewed record. Directly observed: visible or audible in preserved media. Reported: attributed to a person or organization but not independently verified. Unknown: not established by the available record.

Publication rules

ACCR does not publish private addresses, credentials, medical details, private litigation strategy, or unnecessary personal identifiers. Edited media must be identified as edited, while original files remain preserved outside the public repository.

Neutrality

Accountability reporting addresses conduct and records. It does not target people because of religion, race, ethnicity, disability, or other protected identity.
